January 19th: First Day of In-Person School for All Students (BUS TRANSPORTATION BEGINS)
March 25th: Last day of Quarter 3
In-person school will be Mondays - Thursdays from 8:15am - 2:45pm (early pick-up ends at 2:00pm daily, dismissal begins at 2:45pm)
Fridays will be a virtual day from 8:15am - 2:30pm (8:45am Morning Meeting, no other live sessions)
No visitors will be allowed past the front lobby at any times during school hours
Daily temperature checks will occur during arrival for all students
Any students who show any of the following symptoms at any time during the school day, will be required to go home immediately followed by 2 days of virtual learning:
A fever of 99.5° F or greater
Repetitive cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Chills
Repeated shaking with chills
Muscle pain
Sore throat
New loss of taste or smell
Students must wear masks at ALL TIMES during the school day
Breakfast and Lunch will be held in classrooms and not the cafeteria.
Transportation will still be provided. Students must wear masks on the bus and stay in their assigned seat. In order to distance safely, space will be limited.
Friday meals will be sent home with in-person students each Thursday afternoon.
Your in-person vs. virtual decision for your student will be “locked-in” until the end of Quarter 3 (03/25). You will have an option to re-elect at that time.
Virtual
School-wide morning meetings will be held at 8:45am; after the creed and announcements, students will virtually join a grade-level morning meeting.
There will be two live sessions each day. In order to opt into virtual learning the student must be able to attend these sessions.
ELA Live Session (with TA) at 9:00am
Math Live Session (with teacher) at 3:00pm
Recorded lessons (not live) will be posted daily at 9:00am and will be due at 8:00am the following day. To stay on the virtual track, students must complete 100% of assignments daily.
Attendance will be recorded through assignment completion and participation in live sessions.
Each week, students will be expected to complete:
Four Zearn lessons (1 per day)
Two hours of reading on RAZKidz (30 minutes per day)
Students can always do more!
Meal packs will be available for pick-up by virtual students each Friday from 9am-12pm. A Virtual Learner Meal Form must be completed each week by Wednesday to receive meals.
